Dr PatrickEVANSSadly passed away peacefully at home on the 2nd October 2025 aged 79 years

A loving Father to his Sons Nick and Tom, Grandfather 'Gramps' to Lucas and Martin and Husband to Shirley Evans where they will be reunited as soulmates.

A wonderful, kind, thoughtful and gentle man who will be greatly missed by family, friends and by the community he served for over 30 years.

Funeral service will be held Friday 24th October 9.30am at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby

Followed by a Wake at Cottingham Parks Golf & Leisure Park Wood Hill Way, Cottingham

Family flowers only please with donations to the British Heart Foundation can be left at the service
