RichardELWELLIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Elwell, who died peacefully at home, surrounded by family and friends, on 18th June 2025, aged 61 years.

A beloved husband to Maggie and devoted father to Ethan, Richard will be remembered for his boundless energy, positive outlook, and the smile that lit up every room. He was a man of quiet fairness, treating everyone with respect and integrity. A creative soul, Richard brought warmth and imagination to everything he did.

His spirit lives on in the many lives he touched with kindness and laughter.

A funeral service to celebrate Richard's life will take place at Truro Cathedral on Thursday 24th July at 11.00 am, followed by a public cremation at Penmount Crematorium, Newquay Road, Truro.

Family flowers only please. Donations in Richard's memory may be made to Bowel Research UK, supporting ongoing efforts in the fight against cancer.
