Jennifer AnnDALZIELThe family of the late Jennifer Ann wish to sincerely thank friends, neighbours, former work colleagues, the staff at the Coach and Horses Surgery and staff at Chris Jenkins Pharmacy for their kind messages of sympathy, support and numerous cards received at this very sad and difficult time. Special thanks to Dr Lewis (ex Coach and Horses Surgery) for her early recognition and diagnosis of the pancreatic cancer, the two surgeons at Morriston Hospital - Mr Kambal and Mr Brown, the staff at Glangwili Chemotherapy Unit and the District Nurses who all contributed to giving Ann an extra 4 years of life. Sincere thanks to Father Paul Boyle for his lovely service, the bearers, to all who attended the funeral and to everyone who has kindly donated in lieu of flowers to St Clears District Nurses, finally thanks to Peter Evans Funeral Directors, especially Stuart Booth, for his understanding, kindness and professionalism.
