Thanks to Doctors, nurses and staff at Beacon Medical, Pharmacists and staff at Birmingham's chemist, the office staff at Hica at Home, especially the carers, thanks also to 256-256 Medical Social Care district nurses, out of hours doctors and nurses, Admiral nurses at Navigo, especially Nurse Sandra Dawson, Focus office staff and Angie Spencer, Andrew Age Concern, Alzheimers Society, Diana Princess of Wales Hospital especially Podiatry, last but not least thanks to special friends, Pauline and David Wraithe for all their help.
