Steven CharlesCOUTANCHEPeacefully passed at Morriston Hospital on the 8th June 2023. Steven, much loved son to Julie and the late Philip, loving brother to Anthony, brother in law to Kathryn and uncle to Niamh. Steven will be greatly missed by all his family in Ireland, England and Canada, also friends, neighbours and all who knew and loved him. A funeral service will be held at Ty Hedd Funeral Home on Friday 21st July at 12.45 followed by committal at Morriston Cemetery. Family flowers only please. We are so very sorry to hear about the passing of Steven. On behalf of us all at Tŷ Hafan please accept our heartfelt condolences. Steven was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of the family. They will be missed.



I hope you and your family take comfort in knowing that your support will extend a caring hand in our hospice and the local community – providing comfort to the many families and children that Tŷ Hafan support. Tŷ Hafan is a wonderful place full of love, laughter and cherished memories, ensuring a short life is a full life. These memories are something our families will treasure forever, just as you will treasure your memories of Steven. I really hope that can give you some solace during this incredibly sad time.
