John EllsmoreCOLLIERDied aged 83 after a brief illness at Margate Q.E.Q.M. Hospital. He is greatly missed by his children, family and friends. John had an active and diverse career starting with the R.A.F. in Canada in the 1950's. July '59 he met Elizabeth. He then joined the M.O.D. and then the R.A.F. Fire Service at Manston. They married the following year and started a family. 1966 he worked for T.G.W.U. until 1992 enjoying links overseas. He went on to work for National Statistics and then, Employment Tribunals for 16 years retiring at 70. May he rest in peace. A service to mark John's passing will take place at Thanet Crematorium on Monday 27th April at 1:00 pm. Donations in his memory may be made to Mencap or AgeUK.
