Patricia JoanCLAY(née Heap) (Pat) Peacefully at Kirkwood Hospice on 25th August, aged 93 years.
Beloved wife of the late Brian, much loved mum of John Edward and the late Christine Joy, treasured grandma of Jordan Elliot, Jarvis Nathan, Abigail Joy, Genevieve Rebecca and proud great-grandma of Noah Edward, Elsie Joy and Ottilie Joy.
A funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday 24th September at 12.30.
The family request that you wear a splash of yellow, if so desired.
