ScottCHAMBERLAINSadly, on 16th June 2022, aged 40 years. Scott passed away with his Mum, Brother and Girlfriend by his side. Much loved son of Linda and the late Roly, brother to Mark, partner to Kate. Dad to Bradley and Luke, brother-in-law to Heather and uncle to Shannon, Lydia and Payton.
