PhilipCAPEWELLPassed away peacefully on Thursday 27th October 2022 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Phil (retired Primary School Teacher), aged 81 years of Penkhull. Beloved husband of Marg, dad of Jue and Trev, father in law of Roger and Nicki, grandad of Amelie and Evie and brother of Mary, Jan and Ian. Phil will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all of his family and friends. A private Committal Service will precede a Service of Thanksgiving at the Assembly Hall, Chamberlain Avenue, Stoke on Wednesday 9th November 2022 at 12.15pm. Would friends wishing to attend, kindly meet at the Assembly Hall. Donations in lieu of flowers will be forwarded to the Alzheimer's Society.
