Dearly loved Mam to Mark and Paul, in-laws Judy and Sue.
Loving Grandma to Tasha, Kirsty, Bianca, Daniel, Aimee and great Grandma to Bradley, Sienna, Ace, Noah, Jersey and Trent.
Service will be held in the large chapel Chanterlands Crematorium on Wednesday, 12th February at 11.30am.
No flowers please but donations for the Alzheimer's Society may be left at the service.
