Hazel DawnBIRDPassed away peacefully at Shelton Lock Care Home on 29th June 2025 aged 76 years.
Loving wife of Ken and a devoted Mum to Lorraine, Michelle and Mandy. Mother-in-law to John and Sean and loving Grandma to Toni and Kieran.
Hazel will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
The funeral service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Friday 1st August at 11.30am.
