DoreenBAXTERPeacefully on 16th May 2023, Doreen aged 88 years of Alsager. The dearly loved wife of the late Bryan, loving mum of Alan and Neil, dear sister of John and Sandra and a treasured mother in law, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. Service and cremation at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 6th June at 2pm. Will all friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only but if desired a donation may be made to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice and St Luke's (Cheshire) Hospice. So sad to hear about Doreen. I studied at Crewe and Alsager College and Doreen worked in the library. She knew my mum when they were younger and so was always extra friendly and extra helpful. Saw Doreen lots of times over the years and she was always interested in how my teaching was going and always asked about my mum. A lovely lady who always had a smile to give.
