HazelBAKERSadly passed away on the 8th of February 2025, aged 78 years.

Beloved wife of Tony. Loving mum to Carolyn, Mark, David and in-laws Dave, Kate and Rebecca. Treasured nana to George, Zak, Max, Xander and Quinn.

Funeral service to take place at St Michael's Church, Cherry Burton on Thursday 6th of March at 11am. Black clothing is optional.

Family flowers only please, any donations are welcome in Hazel's memory to either Parkinson's UK or Alzheimer's Society.
