Jack BrookADDYOn 21st July, 2016 Jack passed away peacefully at Barnsley Hospital, aged 88 years of Skelmanthorpe. Dearly loved Husband of Mabel, beloved Uncle of Anne, Christine and the late David. Service and Cremation at Wakefield Crematorium on Monday 1st of August at 10.45am, where friends are asked to meet.
