Bill was a dear friend and before retiring, I also had the privilege of working with him, he was always laughing and telling jokes and was a hard worker.
I still cannot believe that he has gone, I was having lunch with him on the Sunday before he passed away and he was in good spirits then.
A very sad loss and I already miss him on our Sunday lunches.
Rest in Peace Bill.
Love to all the family.

Dear Kate,
We are sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. We used to enjoy his stories and memories when he joined us for French conversation. He knew how to enjoy life. With condolences and best wishes from Terri and members of the U3A French group.

Dear Bill, my 4th Cousin once removed, it is with great sadness that I write this tribute. What a kind, generous man. I will be forever grateful to Bill for providing me and my family with some missing pieces in the jigsaw of our shared heritage. I feel honoured to have been able to share so much about our ancestors with Bill and his lovely family. I would have dearly loved to have spent some time face to face. However Bill will always have a special place in my heart and will live on in my family history through the tree he helped me to develop. Love and best wishes to Jill and family x
