at home, Hazel, aged 84 years of Stanley Moor.
Devoted and much loved wife of Ian,
adoring mum of Matthew, Richard and daughter-in-law Sarah
and a treasured nan of Joshua, Charlotte and George.
Hazel will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Funeral service will take please at Milton Methodist Church
on Wednesday 9th July at 2.00pm,
followed by interment at Endon Lawn Cemetery.
Will relatives and friends kindly meet at the church.
