Tracy passed away peacefully on the 24th of July aged 45 years.

Beloved partner of Paddy, devoted mother of Dylan and Chloe, much love daughter of Ann and Ken, caring sister of Stephen and sister-in-law of Stacey. Tracy will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends please meet for service at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Thursday the 7th of August at 12.00pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Maggies Centre.

Our hearts are oh so heavy
It simply isn’t fair
One day you are so full of life
And then you’re just not there

You left us far too early
We miss you every day
But all we do is think of you
And you’re never far away

We know you’re always with us
In our thoughts and in our hearts
With memories to make us smile
We'll never be apart

Rest easily my sweetheart
We'll eventually be alright
The kids you are so proud of
You'll be with them day and night

So thank you for the memories
For the laughter, smiles and tears
For the madness and the mayhem
