JohnMOOREPeacefully at rest on 1st October 2025, whilst in the loving care of his family at Lawton Manor Nursing Home, John Henry, formerly of Newchapel, aged 93 years. Dearly beloved husband of the late Marni. Devoted dad to Craig, Lyndon, and Adrian. Dearest father in law to Katrina, Diane and Michaela. A loving and much loved grandad to Shellie, Dwayne, Chelsea, Michelle and Lauren, and a great grandad to Harrison, Sebastian, Marnie, Malia, Rosie, Billy, Archie and Jacob. A dear brother, brother in law, uncle and friend who will be truly missed.

Funeral service to take place at St James Church, Newchapel on Thursday 23rd October 2025 at 1.30pm followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium. Would all relatives and friends please meet at the Church.

No flowers by request, donations are preferred to The British Heart Foundation. Donations and Enquiries:

Deepest condolences and love to all the family and friends that Mr Moore leaves behind, we are sure he will forever hold a special place in everyone's hearts.
We were always pleased to see John and were touched by his friendly and caring personality, we feel privileged to have known him.

To the wonderful John, whom I’m honoured to have got to call Dad.
You waited until we were all happy and safely home before you gave up your fight for life.

Grandad you were truly the best in every way possible we definitely won the lottery with you. Thank you for all the memories you’ve given us all these years we miss you so much already 😢 your with nana now the love of your life and what a reunion that would be ❤️🥰 I’m so glad you had the chance to make memories with our Billy a whole 8 months he sure will know who you were and he’ll know how much you loved him 💙 love you forever me & billy boy.
