It is with great sadness that we have to announce that Pat passed away peacefully at home, with her daughters Edel and Martine at her side.
The much loved daughter of the late Rita and Eric and sister of the late Peter.
Beloved wife of the late Jimmy and loving wife of Peter.
Adored mum of Edel and Martine and very respected mum in law of Pete and Richard.
The very special and amazing nanna Pat of Chloe and Maddie and cherished great nanna Pat to Florence and Remy, a loved auntie and cousin and much loved loyal friend to many.
She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
The cortege will leave her residence on Monday 18th August for Requiem Mass at St Patrick's Church, New North Road at 10.30am, followed by Committal at Huddersfield Crematorium at 12.30pm.
Relatives and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Church.
Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu, if so desired, to Alzheimer's Society, for which a donation box will be available at the church and crematorium.
