Freda ShepherdHUGHES(née Taylor) 7th August 2025 Peacefully of Bryn-y-Garreg, Flint Mountain, formerly of Bryn Eithin Farm aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Rowland and a much loved Auntie.

Funeral Service and Committal at Northop Crematorium on Friday 29th August at 10.00am.

Family flowers only, but donations if desired towards R.S.P.B.

My last memory of Great Auntie Freda was my last visit home to the farm - she woke just in time to wave me off before my return flight to Canada. I exited the taxi and ran down to her door to give her one last hug, while she tried to wave me off and hide her tears. I think we both knew it would probably be the last time we would see each other.

I’m so very grateful your great, great niece and nephew got to meet you. My son often asks about you. While he doesn’t have our history, I know this news will make him very sad.

Rest in peace Great Auntie Freda. Thanks for all the great memories. X
