Devoted and beloved wife to the late Thomas and cherished mother to Keith, Beverley, Anne and David and the late Barrie, a much-loved mother-in-law to Debbie, Keith, Simon and Emma, adored Nana to Daniel, Holly, Kerry, Bethan, Matthew, Katie and Thomas and treasured Great Grandmother to Harry and Teddy.
Heulwen will be sadly missed by all her friends and family.
Resting at James Summers & Son, Roath Court Funeral Home until the service in the Briwnant Chapel Thornhill Crematorium at 11.00am on Tuesday April 22nd.
Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Alzheimer's Research UK or The Osteoporosis Society.
