Julie PatriciaHAMPSONIn loving memory of Julie Patricia Hampson. It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Julie Patricia Hampson on 6th May 2025, aged 68.

Julie was the beloved wife of Ged, loving mum to Richard and Jodie, and the most wonderful Nana Juju to Sophie, Alex and Max. Her family was the centre of her world, and her love for them shone through in everything she did. Julie had a heart full of kindness. She gave selflessly, always putting others before herself and asking for nothing in return. Her warmth, compassion and generosity touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She adored her grandchildren - their happiness was her happiness. Whether baking something special in the kitchen or getting lost in a good book, Julie found beauty in life's simple pleasures and shared that joy with others. Julie will be dearly missed, forever remembered and always loved.

A service to celebrate Julie's life will take place on Monday 16th June 2025 in Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 2.15pm. To honour Julie's memory, donations to Leukaemia Research are welcomed in lieu of flowers.

Julie,

In the time I was lucky enough to know you, you were the embodiment of love, kindness, and strength. Your presence brought warmth through your generous spirit and that big smile that made everyone feel welcome and cared for.

You showed your love through the little things, like a thoughtful birthday card, and in the not so little things, like an over the top Christmas dinner. You had a way of making people feel noticed, appreciated, and cared for without ever needing the spotlight.

Your children, Jodie and Richard, are a reflection of the best parts of you. Jodie, my fiancée, and Richard, who’s become a great friend, carry your love forward, as do your grandkids. In them, your spirit lives on.

One of the last things I said to you was that I’ll always be here for Jodie, Richard, Ged, and your grandkids. And I will. Always.

Rest peacefully, Julie.
With all my love and gratitude,
Mark

In the all too short time that we have known Julie, she has been the personification of warmth and gentle kindness, with a spirit of generosity.
From a thoughtful celebratory, Christmas, or humorous get well soon card, to her beautiful, and many gifts, of her lovingly creative and delicious Christmas cakes and puddings. But without question, the greatest gift that Julie gave us was that of her precious daughter Jodie, and in turn our shared grandsons of Alex and Max, all of whom share Julie’s gentle warmth, humour, kindness and generosity of spirit. Julie lives on with us through all of them.
So for now Julie, because we will meet again, in a happier place, goodnight and god bless, and know that your precious Jodie, Alex and Max are loved and safe with our Son Mark and ourselves.
With Love and thanks, Kim and Andy xxx

I'm deeply saddened to hear of your passing Julie, you were a great boss, and fully supported me during a difficult time in my life, I will always appreciate your guidance and support. I felt like I knew all your family (although I've never met them!) as you always spoke very highly of them and how proud you were of Richard & Jodie so my thoughts are with your family at this very difficult time. Rest in Peace Julie - Love Julie Brown x
