Hazel AnnFREETHPassed away on 15th September 2025, aged 84 years.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 1st October at 1:30pm
at Cannock Chase Crematorium, Norton Road, Heath Hayes, WS12 3HJ.
Following the service, a celebration of Hazel's life will take place at
The Star Pub, Market Place, Penkridge, ST19 5DJ. Parking at The Star is limited to the front and rear.
Free, unrestricted parking is available at Clay Street Car Park, ST19 5AR,to the rear of Penkridge Methodist Church. This provides easy pedestrian access through Crown Bridge Court to Market Street.
The family request no flowers. Should you wish, please donate to Alzheimer's Society or Midlands Air Ambulance in Hazel's memory.
