A celebration of Pat's life to take place at 11am on Wednesday 1st October at St Bedes Chapel, Teesside Crematorium, Pat requested attendees to wear red, minimal black.
Friends to follow on to Middlesbrough Golf Club, Brass Castle Lane.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to be shared between Zoe's Place, Great North Air Ambulance and Alice House Hospice.
A collection box will be available at the chapel.
