Ruth AndreaWHITEHEADOn 15th November 2024 suddenly at Barnsley Hospital and of Skelmanthorpe.

The dearly loved wife of Malcolm, much loved mum of Sarah and Louise, mother in law of John and Simon and the loved and loving grandma of Isabella, Phoebe, Darcie and Charlie, sister of Stephen, also a dear sister in law, aunt and friend to many.

Will friends please meet for service at St. Aidan's Parish Church, Skelmanthorpe at 10.45am on Monday 9th December, followed by cremation at Grenoside Crematorium North Chapel.

Family flowers only by request donations in lieu of flowers if so desired would be appreciated for Kirkwood Hospice for which a donation plate will be provided at the service.

Knew Ruth thro the Farm shop up at Shelley.She was a lovely person.We used to talk about her family especially her Grand children.When I moved up to Cumbria 2 years ago,she said when you come down to visit family you will call in and see us.She was looking forward to retiring and going visiting places.She will be missed by all her lot of people.Love to all the family.MRlene R Powell.

Thinking of you at this sad time, we have known Ruth since our younger days at the Sovereign and through her husband Malc who we have worked with for a long number of years. Our best wishes go to the family and we are sure she will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
