JosephineWELHAMEllen Peacefully passed away at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital on the 26th August 2018 aged 88 years. Loving mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. Funeral service to be held on Monday 17th September at the Exeter and Devon Crematorium St Paul's Chapel at 11am.
