Tracie BernadetteSNOWDON(nee O'Shea) Tracie passed away peacefully in hospital on 14th January, aged 58 years.

Beloved daughter of the late John and Joan, much loved wife of Sean, precious mam of Chantelle and Liam, loving mother-in-law of Paul, cherished grandma of Georgia, Jessica, Aiden and Ezekiel.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Tracie's life on Tuesday 4th February at the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 11am.

Family flowers only please, donations will be gratefully received on the day for Vision 25.
