JoanSMITHOf 13 Whieldon Close, Amersham, sadly passed away on the 11th April 2017 aged 78. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A funeral service is to be held at the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium on 3rd May 2017 at 11.45am. All are welcome to attend. Donations in memory of Joan are welcome at the Alzheimer's Society c/o H.C. Grimstead, 10 Hill Avenue, Amersham, HP6 5BW. Her children Peter, Roger, Amanda and Clive.
