The funeral will take place at the Surrey and Sussex Crematorium, St Richards Chapel on Wednesday 18th December at 12pm. No flowers, but if wished donations to 'The Parkinson Disease Society' sent via a cheque c/o Alex Jones Funeral Directors, 1 East Grinstead Road, Lingfield, RH7 6EP."
