JohnRILEYAt rest on 29th December 2024 at The R.S.U.H. with his loved ones by his side. John aged 85 years of Cheddleton. The dearly beloved husband and soulmate to Margaret, father to Martin and Natalie, grandfather to Paige and a father figure and grandfather figure to many.

Funeral Thursday January 30th, Service and Cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 1pm. Will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.

No flowers please by request, donations may be sent if desired to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Blurton and Prostate Cancer UK.

I have so much to be thankful to John for. As a young 11 year old I joined John's table tennis club and was hooked from day one. It wasn't just the sport it was a sense of belonging, it was a family. I shall miss you dearly. Thank you for all the cherished memories and life's lessons. Love you always, Shell xx
