HazelMORGANPassed away peacefully at home aged 74 years. Beloved Mum of Dan and family, Much loved Sister of Linda and Malcolm, Loved and missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at West Lancs Crematorium on Monday 4th July 2022 at 10.00am. Family flowers only. Donations, if so desired direct to Woodlands Hospice or handed to the family.
