HazelMCEVOY(Washington, formerly Berwick) Hazel passed away peacefully in Washington Manor Care Home on 18th July 2024 aged 68 years. A very much loved mam of Donna and Paul. Loving mother-in-law of Mark and Dionne. Cherished nanna of Kieran and Sophie and great-grandaughter Clara. A dear sister of Lynn and sister-in-law to Tom.
Family friends please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium on Wednesday 31st July 2024 at 9:45am.
Family flowers only please, donations may be left following the service to Washington Manor Care Home.
