OliveJOHNSON(Formby) June 20, 2016 Aged 75 years. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family after a long illness, bravely borne. Dearly loved mum of Ian, Lynn, Jackie and Gary. Much loved nan and great-nan. Will be sadly missed by all. Funeral Service at West Lancs Crematorium, Burscough on Monday 27th June 2016 at 12:15pm.
