JeanHUBCZAKPassed away suddenly at the Royal United Hospital, Bath on 12th November aged 86 years. Much loved mother of Jayne and Rick, Jean will be sadly missed by all who knew her. The funeral service will be held on Monday 3rd December at Holy Trinity Church, Frome BA11 3DE at 11.30am. A burial will follow at Easthill Cemetery. Family flowers only.
