Passed away unexpectedly at home on 25th May 2024, aged 54 years.
Devoted son of Kay and Jimmy. Dearly loved father of Lewis and Lee. Also, a dear brother to David, brother-in-law to Joanne and Uncle to David and Rachel.
Forever in our hearts, gone but never forgotten.
Funeral Service and Committal to take place at West Lancashire Crematorium on Friday 21st June 2024 at 4pm.
