The beloved dad of Damian, Stephanie, Jordan and Nathan, loving partner of Lawrence and a good friend to many who will be greatly missed.
The funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Thursday 28th September at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, but donations would be greatly appreciated for The UK Sepsis Trust for which a plate will be available at the service.
