As Pat's funeral service will be a celebration of her life and she adored colour, feel free to dress accordingly.
The service will be held on Thursday 5th July 2018 at 2.30pm, Sutton Coldfield Crematorium.
Donations may be given at the service in loving memory of Pat and will go to The Alzheimer's Society and Ward 23 at Heartlands Hospital.
