Seeing this was an awful shock, I also remember Hannah from our time in school together although we weren't particularly close I will always remember her as being friendly and happy. Sending my condolences to her family and close friends at this incredibly difficult time

Dear Hannah
I think back on the lovely, sunny, carefree and beautiful light you brought to all of us as you were growing up. That light tragically dimmed over the last decade as you bravely coped with your terrible pain. We were lucky enough to have glimpses of the real you when you had some respite and I treasure the fun time we had together in Lymo with Courtney & Ella - we all wish we could have had many more of those.
We’re left with such as sad void and can’t imagine the grief that you all, Tean, Aled, Beth & Jack are coping and send our love - try to stay strong
Love Uncle Paul x
Paul Osgood.
