EdnaWALMSLEYIn memory of Edna Walmsley ( née Dobson) who passed away on December 2nd 2023. Edna, aged 107 years was born and lived her entire life in Great Harwood. Following the sudden death of her beloved son, Andrew, in 2020 she moved into Pendle Brook Care Home, Oswaldtwistle where she spent her final years. She leaves behind her two daughters, Alyson and Adrienne, her sons-in-law Stephen and Shigeru, daughter-in-law Anita and grandsons Nicholas, Stephen and Christopher. She also leaves four great grandchildren, Finn and Jack, their mother Aprilla, and Frederick and Alice and their mother Nicola. Edna was loved by many and will be missed by all. Her funeral will take place at 1.00 pm. on January 10th 2024 at Accrington Crematorium Chapel. All are welcome.
