Raymond JohnTOVEYIt is with great sadness that the family announce the death of Raymond, aged 75, who passed away at Prince Charles Hospital on 25th February, 2008. He will be sorely missed by his wife Eunice, his son Raymond, daughters Maureen and Janet, sons-in-law Stephen and Roger, sister Maud, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. We would also like to thank all family members, friends and other residents of Quakers View for their support at this time. Thanks to Prince Charles Hospital for caring for Ray. The family would like to thank everyone who sent cards, flowers and donations which will be forwarded to Cancer Care Dowlais, also to everyone who attended the funeral and Beechgrove Cemetery. The funeral service was conducted by Reverend Philip Gullidge who paid a moving and personal tribute before St. Mathias Church, which was full to capacity. Funeral arrangements were carried out by John Davies Funeral Directors who as always showed the greatest dignity and respect.
