My sister, Sheila (Firth), has expressed all our feelings so beautifully. Our family Christmases spent with Uncle Len, Auntie Elsie and our cousins Susan, Peter and Alan were magical. We have lost a very dear Uncle and the only thing that makes it easier to bear is that he is once again with our lovely Auntie Elsie and Susan and Peter. We will miss you always Uncle Len, all our love, Pat and Allan xxx

All family and friends who knew Len will have lost a kind and gentle man. I have such fond childhood memories of happy times, especially family Christmases at De Lacy Ave full of fun, games and laughter. In later life we loved hearing your first hand accounts of time spent in the RAF during WW2 and how love blossomed with Elsie, you wife for over 70 years. You will always be an inspiration to everyone and leave a hole in our lives and hearts. Rest in peace Uncle Len. Your loving niece Sheila, Mike and family xxx
