John Stephenson aged 75 years, the dearly loved husband of Pat, the dear son of the late Freda and Geoff, also a dear brother in law, uncle, cousin and friend.
Will friends please meet for service at Wakefield Crematorium at 2.40pm on Thursday 25th September.
Please wear at least one item of colourful clothing.
No flowers by request donations in lieu of flowers if so desired would be appreciated for Asthma and Lung UK for which a donation plate will be provided at the service.
