Sincere thanks to Ward 302 at The Royal Derby Hospital for the excellent care given in the final four weeks of her life. Thanks also for the cards and messages of support, and for the donations of £575 for her two charities. Thanks also to Lisa Bonito-Day for her words and sympathetic service and to the Great Northern at Mickleover for the wake.
