Charles FrederickSMITHPassed away peacefully in Kirkley Lodge surrounded by loving family on 17th July 2019 aged 90 years. Devoted and loving husband to Dora, much loved father to David, Jaqueline, Grahame and Derrick, loving grandad to 9 and great-grandad to 12, also a dear father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Funeral service and cremation to take place on Tuesday 6th August at 11.30am in St. Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Would family and friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel. Donations if desired are for Alzheimer's Society.
