Special thanks to COPD/Pulmonary and Rehab unit - LGGH, Dr Prasad and staff at Clarendon Park Surgery, St Peters Nurses Viv, Hazel etc. SPRINT - Rachael Braithwaite, LOROS - Kirsty Wiltshire, Homechoice Care - Natalie, Allied Healthcare - Grace /Kaz. Finally the 'blue team' within LOROS where Tom passed away peacefully under their exceptional care. All of the above 'brightened his days'. xxx
