SMEDLEYOf Belper, passed away suddenly at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary on August 20th 2001 aged 74 years. Daughter of the late Arthur and Ethel, sister of the late Donald and a cousin. Funeral service to take place at Markeaton Crematorium on Wednesday August 29th at 9.15am. No flowers by request, but donations may be sent for the British Heart Foundation c/o Thomas Ryde and Son, 35 Bridge Street, Belper, Derbyshire. Telephone 01773 822059.
