JohnOBRIEN KATHLEENO'BRIEN Kathleen John and family wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, kind words and comfort during their recent sad bereavement, for the many cards, flowers and comforting words. Special thanks to Father Simon, for his lovely funeral mass and to St Alphonsus parishioners for all their support. Many thanks also to all the staff at H.D.U., James Cook University Hospital for their wonderful care of Kathleen during her time with them.
