Wayne JamesO'KEEFESadly passed away on Saturday 16th December 2023, aged 50 years.

He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Funeral service to take place on Thursday 25th January, service at St Margaret Mary's for 1.30pm followed by committal at Yewtree Cemetery for 2.30pm.

Devastated to learn Wayne is no longer with us. We were mates at uni and lived in a house with 7 of us. We spent a summer working together in a launderette in York. He charmed all the old grannies and got all the cushy jobs. Some of the best moments of my life were in his company. We only got to catch up a few times over the years. I'll always remember us at sea on longboat in Thailand with him singing "her name is Rio and she dances on the sand" at the top of his voice and cracking up laughing. Wayne was an absolute legend and will never be forgotten. RIP mate, Richard aka Renton
