To the best Nan any Granddaughter could ever ask for; my confidant, my partner in crime and my eternal "Sassy Little Woman"...

Should I ever become even half the woman you showed up as every day, I will be nearly as blessed as I was when you were here walking by my side.

Hear my promise - to the best of my ability - to fill your shoes and carry forward your lifelong Matriarchal energy that upheld the entirety of our family together through unconditional love, care and diplomacy (!)

In your honour, Nan I will make you, make us... and make this family proud.
