The obituary notice of Gerald (Ges, Gerry) MORETON

I only got chatting with Gerry over the last few years, a very nice gent easy going. His dog Ruby is one of the few dogs our chihuahuas get on with, mellow like her owner. Gerry will be sadly missed by all his friends. RIP Gerry

Compo, Clegg and Foggy, the last of the summer wine trio aka Gez, Trev and John, the Binley Woods afternoon dog walkers (well bench sitters). Does that make me Nora Batty??!!

Many a sunny afternoon spent with this trio in the park. Gez made me laugh and always had the latest village news to update us on. I will miss him greatly.

I am so sorry that we will not be home from Australia in time to attend his funeral but we will make sure we take some time to remember him on that day and we send you all our love.

So sorry for the loss of Gez. I used to love his drop ins when doing Leanne’s hair. ‘Our Leanne’. Coming to do his ‘jobs’ doing the disgruntled Dad face but really loving every minute of it ;).
Such a brilliant, genuine, kind man.
Sorry to not be there to say goodbye.
